Lindahl Tutoring is the data controller responsible for the processing of personal data under this Privacy Policy, and can be contacted by email at contact@lindahltutoring.com or by phone on +47 415 87 006.
Lindahl Tutoring is operated from Norway and complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Norwegian data protection law.

The following categories of personal data are collected and processed:

- Email address
- Phone number
- Time zone and country
- Booking and lesson history
- Payment and transaction data, processed by third-party payment providers
- Communications with Lindahl Tutoring, such as emails and messages

Special category — sensitive — personal data is not knowingly collected unless explicitly provided by the user.
3How it is collected
Personal data is collected when you:
- Book lessons or purchase a package
- Contact Lindahl Tutoring by email or phone
- Take part in online tutoring sessions
- Visit the Lindahl Tutoring website
4Payment processing
Payments are handled by third-party payment providers. Lindahl Tutoring does not store full payment card details.
Payment providers process personal data in accordance with their own privacy policies and GDPR obligations.

The Lindahl Tutoring website sets no cookies of its own. The booking calendar is provided by a third party and may set cookies necessary for it to function.

Appropriate technical and organisational measures are in place to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.
10Children’s privacy
Tutoring services may be provided to minors. In such cases, a parent or legal guardian is responsible for providing consent where required by law.
11Recording of lessons
Lessons are not recorded by default.
If a lesson is recorded, this occurs only with explicit consent from both the student and the tutor. Where the student is under 18, that consent must be given by their parent or legal guardian.
Any recordings are handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.
12Changes to this policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated. Users will be informed by written notice when this is done.
